Delivery & Refund Policy

All Products sold on this Website are digital cape codes. No physical items are shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

• Instant delivery: Codes are normally delivered instantly after successful payment, through the Website order page and/or the email address you provide at checkout.
• Delivery timeframe: If delivery is not instant (for example, during payment verification), codes are delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment in the vast majority of cases.
• Preorders: Preorder Products are delivered by the date or time period stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
• Accurate information: It is your responsibility to enter an accurate email address and order information. If you have not received your code, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.

We guarantee that every code we deliver is valid and working at the time of delivery. If a code you receive is invalid, already redeemed before delivery, defective, or otherwise cannot be redeemed through no fault of your own, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, contact us with your order number and a description (or screenshot) of the error you received when attempting to redeem the code.

You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:

• Your order is canceled by us before the code is delivered.
• The code you received is faulty as described in Section 2, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
• A preorder is not fulfilled within the fulfillment period listed on the product page, unless you choose to continue waiting.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Because cape codes are digital products that cannot be returned once revealed, all sales are final once a working code has been delivered. This does not limit your right to a replacement or refund for faulty codes as described above, and it does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.

MC Capes is not responsible for issues caused by customer error after a working code has been delivered, including entering the code incorrectly, redeeming it on the wrong account, losing access to your Minecraft or Microsoft account, or failing to follow the redemption instructions.
